With the changing of the season comes the new ads for Arkansas Parks & Tourism. I noticed a special section in Sunday’s newspaper highlighting Arkansas Fall & Winter Vacation Destinations. We shot the restaurant scene earlier last year at Brave New Restaurant overlooking the Arkansas River. Do you know how much torture it is to sit in front of an amazing plate of food and drink and not partake??! It was really a fun shoot though.

Today was a perfect day for a good 15 mile ride on the River Trail. The weather was perfect. I stopped at the halfway point in downtown Little Rock and snapped some shots of the H.U. Lee International Gate and Garden.
A $1.4 million project saluting the martial arts while serving as a symbol of friendship between South Korea and America; honors the founder of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA); a gift to Arkansas by the family of the late H.U. Lee, founder of the ATA, whose international headquarters are in Little Rock. The 80-ton Douglas fir gate was handcrafted by South Korea artisans and leads to a garden, a nine-foot tall fountain and reflective pool, a bust of Eternal Grand Master Lee, a nine-foot-tall wall of vision, and numerous statues and educational artifacts explaining martial arts.
Today’s post is by Dylan:
Dad and I did a Leg and Back workout (pain train) of P90X and my legs have already started to ask me why i decided to do the insane workout. Hopefully these shredded legs won’t effect me today when I’m out today struttin’ my stuff savin’ lives at work. Dad said it’ll be tomorow when i start to get hit in the face by the after-effects of the pain train so wish me luck…
This goes out to everyone that needs an attitude adjustment once and awhile.
